    Yes. We ship to anywhere on the planet.
  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    No, we do not ship to PO boxes because we do not use the post office. Only couriers to your house or office.
  • How can I change the tracking details to english? (17track)

    On 17track, you can click on language (in the bottom right corner) to change to the target language. BING or GOOGLE will translate the tracking information. You can also check or uncheck to translate or cancel the translation.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    The transit time from our warehouse to you is 7 - 15 working days. Please note: Total delivery time consists of the handling time and transit time. The handling time is 1 - 3 working days (PMCjewellery has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality-control tests.)
  • How will I know when my order has been shipped?

    After placing your order, an e-mail or SMS will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped which will have the date and reference number for your package. Orders are normally prepared and shipped out within 1 - 3 working days after the order payment has been received.
