My order is shipped. How do I go about exchanging an order for the correct item?

PMC Support Return Policy

At PMC Support, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Below is our detailed return policy to help you understand the process and conditions for returning items.

Return Eligibility

You can return an item to us once it has been delivered to you. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or redirect a shipment once it has been shipped.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused, with tags.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We cannot accept any return requests submitted after 7 working days.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund in the following scenarios:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery.
- If the incorrect product was delivered.
- If you did not receive your order for any reason.
- If an item or component is missing from your order.

Change of Mind Returns

Please note that returns due to a change of mind (e.g., you made a mistake or ordered incorrectly) do not qualify for a refund. For 'change of mind' returns, we will charge 35% of handling fees, and the item(s) will be exported back to the supplier.

Incorrect Description

If you have received a product that is different from what is written in the description, you are eligible for a full refund provided that you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Returns Center.
  2. Enter your order number and email to begin the return request.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your return request.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
